Payment Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). For specific cases (e.g., high-value or repeat failed deliveries) we may request an advance shipping charge or prepayment.
Review & Place Order
Confirm items, size/fit, delivery fee, and address. Agree to our Terms & Conditions and place the order.
Order Confirmation
See on-screen confirmation and (if enabled) get SMS/email with your Order ID for support queries.
Processing
We verify stock, inspect & securely pack your order (typically within 1 business day). We’ll contact you if needed.
Dispatch
We hand over to partners (our delivery partners). Your parcel enters their delivery queue.
Delivery
Typical transit time is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Couriers may call; please receive the parcel at your address.
On-Delivery Check & Support
Inspect items when possible (size, color, quantity). If there’s an issue, contact 01755413747 (10:00–20:00). After delivery, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
